		<description>Agreed. Another reason HR hesitates to use outside recruiters is due to budgetary reasons. Understandable, because although the investment in hiring affects many areas of the organization, it&#039;s only HR where it&#039;s measured. What isn&#039;t recognized is the money lost in the time taken for executives to interview candidate after unqualified candidate for a specialized position that a recruiter worth their salt could fill in a matter of days.</description>
