A brave venture in this economy and this is the very discussion I had with all of my well established client's and prospective new ones...we talked about their pain, how they were coping and still stay competitive with a lean staff in a down market...it's been a real struggle for most. Since April I've stayed in touch weekly; You have to give in this kind of market before you can get. Here it is mid-June I'm now working on 11 job orders, have filled four with two more in the final stages of hire...I'm not special or any smarter than other recruiters,I listened, communicated and stayed in constant touch. I am so grateful for these opportunites.
