Today's market conditions gives this concept legs. Relying on transactions can be punishing to me as I manage execution and new business development. It's a cycle I've been in for years - and it can get stressful and tiring. I've been considering a way to make clients stick, so I can focus on execution. After three months on any search, knowing there are no more fees coming in can be stressful. I'm on it and I'll let you know how it works out.
