We have eliminated the use of 3rd party recruiters and we also have eliminated 2 support staff positions as a result of the economic downturm. We are still hiiring however mainly mission critical positions. We have plenty of open positions to fill however your job security is never really strong during these times.

Even though healthcare isn't fully "recession proof", with the current shortage of healthcare practioners, particularly in nursing, projected by the Bureau of Labor and Statistics until 2016, together with the aging of baby boomers, we can project a "healthy" outlook for this sector. Just be prepared to adapt and change with the coming market changes!!!
