I am a recruiter with 25 years experience and am expanding my sourcing training and skills. I am not a techno expert, but I am an expert in the other parts of the recruiting process. In a perfect world I would like to have a great 'sourcing' guru in my back pocket because I could move so much faster. Sourcing is the first part of the recruitment cycle but the "thought" process is difficult to train someone on. You need the sourcing expert to understand the thought process of a recruiter... it is the way our brains jump, multi-task and dig,as we search for candidates. It is very hard to train on "thought process." This comes with years of experience and an unique perspective.
