Natural-resource-rich geopolitical power. Trade-balance surplus hemorrhaging Communist state. Rogue oil power. Monolithic natural gas company. There are a lot of enclaves which are quite happy and successful being seperatist, rude and aloof. And this, with gleeful, self-informed impunity. So, just like Marxism, does indeed look good on paper... Well, yes.

It's a great starting point unless you run a garage in NYC and you could not care less if some guy with a Prius ever comes back again because no matter what you say or do your garage will always be full. In this parking company owner's context the most productive answer is 'shut up and go away you whiner.' A note would not make me happy. Money back would make me happy but there's NO practical reason the garage owner should care of Seth is happy. I'm not saying this is right but 'you're right' is not always the most productive response. Seth has a nice theory.
