Your first line was my first thought when I read your headline...You are temporarily obsessed, as I get from time to time. Good thing to be obsessed about. Several years ago we had a good webinar on this subject by a guy whose name I can't stop to look up now. Common coourtesy is so rare he was surprised when I sent him a thank you for the presentation :-) I guess it just helps those of us who remember to have people do it. Ha!
